1.6.1.Relevance of the action to the objectives and priorities of the programme. Is gender equality and equal opportunity respected?
The development of “university code of intercultural behaviour” is facilitating the process of intercultural dialogue for the students and the lecturers.
Building and equipping university centers will contribute to the intercountry dialogue and education of university students and lecturers.
Training of student and lecturer multiplicators for implementation of new innovative communicative and pedagogical technology for intercultural education in master’s programmes is corresponding to the Bologna convention on the improvement of the quality of syllabuses and curriculums in universities and their unification.
Organizing and carrying out of joint intercultural training camps and lections for students and lecturers from the pointed faculties will help for the improvement of international exchange between universities, which bear different educational traditions and culture.
Creating a common site for the project in Bulgarian, Turkish and English will facilitate the social dialogue between lecturers with different nationality (Bulgarian and Turkish), who educate students by means of the method of intercultural dialogue and education.

1.6.2Identification of perceived needs and constraints in the target country/ies, in particular in the region(s) concerned.
Bulgarian university education, its system and syllabus, are not adapted to the European strategy for “lifelong learning” and can not be applied to formal and informal education.
There is greater activity in non-government organizations, which cover adult target groups, such as teachers, parents etc.
In 2006 SU ”Kliment Ohridski” created a Center of intercultural dialogue and education, which has been functioning with target groups of teachers and headmasters.
The Center initiated and coordinated intercultural education and communication activities in different faculties and departments of the university. Its goal is to help and stimulate the development of initiatives whose goal is creation of educational products and technology on the basis of mobile models, and by means of integration and realization of multicultural projects, which establish the lifelong learning idea.  Major priority for this Center is also organization of consultations for the minority representatives, by coordination with departments and institutions outside SU.
